Delete your account

Request removal of your LevelUp account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

  1. Email levelup@cog-mission.com from the address on your account.
  2. Include your business name on the account, if you have one.
  3. We reply by email when deletion is complete — usually within a few business days.

What happens next

We deactivate your login and remove personal data from production systems. Some records may be kept where the law requires it (for example tax and payment records). See Data Deletion & Retention in our Security Policy.
